Andy Hart is new to Dasher, but he has already embraced the Dasher family work ethic. The team always goes the extra mile, and they do it not to enrich or advance themselves but for each other.
As the new Business Relationship Manager, Andy says he always aims for greater effectiveness and efficiency, primarily because he does not want to let this team down. The team often reflects on the day together, and everyone aims to tell a happy success story. He wants to be a significant contributor to that success narrative.
One of many things that struck him about Dasher is that his teammates give him their full attention when he asks a question. It was a striking response in a world of distractions, abbreviated attention spans, and social media-driven self-absorption.
Each meeting also has so many feel-good exercises and conversations, he marveled.
Our culture is also one collaboration, not a strict hierarchy of responsibilities.
He is also impressed by the emphasis on training, which dovetailed perfectly with his own education approach.
In our job descriptions, Dasher does not have a category of ‘other duties as assigned.’ We do not roll that way. We do everything we can to make the client happy, plain and simple.
Some new team members have told Dasher leaders that the place is too good to be true — they are waiting for the ax to fall, the other shoe to drop. But it never happens.
The teamwork inspires everyone to go the extra mile and win the race together. Dasher is a data-driven, customer contact services operation with a focus on communicating complex messages to diverse populations. Specific capabilities include face-to-face communications provided by our field teams, customer engagement strategies provided by our call center and member engagement staff, and secure, complex, variable mailing services provided by our production team. Dasher is an experienced Minority, Women and Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (MWDBE) with a bestselling book, “The Talent Pool,” and is certified by AICPA with the SOC2SM Type2 data certification and validation.
