

As the Vice President of Operations and Client Services, I oversee all internal operational activities as well as Dasher’s call center, print and mailing, and field teams. It is my job to ensure that our clients, and our team, have a top-notch service experience from start to finish. I bring my previous experience as a social worker in various settings to Dasher to enhance the service level of our daily operations. I have worked with elderly and disadvantaged populations in settings such as hospice, skilled nursing, hospitals, and senior centers. I also have years of experience working directly in the roles that I now oversee. It is my belief that understanding the ins and outs of a process at all levels creates the best experience for all involved.
I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, a Master’s Degree in Social Work, and a Master’s Degree in Health Services Administration from Marywood University. I have been a Licensed Social Worker in the state of Pennsylvania for over a decade. I am also a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a Certified Safety and Emissions Inspector. Outside of Dasher, I enjoy reading and traveling.
