Each member of our Dasher team brings unique knowledge they are encouraged to share their perspectives. Dasher focuses on both personal and professional growth daily. Some of the ways that we focus on growth includes, but not limited to: ensuring there is time for personal sharing during meetings, providing lunch and learn opportunities, providing educational training through “The Dasher Academy for Purposeful Living,” as well as our various daily and weekly mentoring opportunities.
We know that great things happen when many different opinions and styles come together. Dasher is certified as a small diverse supplier and has the opportunity to work with some amazing prime contractors to accomplish exciting goals. In turn, Dasher works to also engage a diverse supplier base when purchasing or seeking services. We are always looking for different ways to do great things!
