I am the Chief Culture and Engagement Officer at Dasher, where I lead with a strong commitment to people and purpose. I joined the Dasher team because I was inspired by the mission of helping people live happy and healthy lives, and I am passionate about creating a workplace culture that brings out the best in our team members.
I bring many years of experience in housing and community development and more than a decade of nonprofit management leadership. My professional background includes serving as Executive Director of Brethren Housing Association in Harrisburg, where I led programs supporting families experiencing homelessness, as well as Vice President of Equity Initiatives at The Foundation for Enhancing Communities. My work has been grounded in empowering people, collaboration, and building sustainable organizations that truly serve their communities.
In addition to my professional experience, I am deeply engaged in civic leadership. I have previously served on the boards of Harristown and Tri County Housing Development and currently serve on the board of the Harrisburg Redevelopment Authority. I also enjoy sharing my knowledge and experience as an educator, teaching nonprofit management and grant writing at Temple University.
I earned my SHRM CP certification in 2024 and hold a Bachelor of Social Work from West Chester University and a Master of Social Work from Temple University. I am a 2017 alumni of Leadership Harrisburg and a proud 2018 recipient of the YWCA Tribute to Women of Excellence.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, listening to podcasts, and trying out new restaurants.
