Be optimistic: Reject negative messages.
Assume positive intent: Assume that people are good, fair and honest, and that the intent behind their actions is positive. Set aside your own judgments and preconceived notions and give people the benefit of the doubt.
Keep things fun: The world has bigger problems than the daily challenges that make up our work. Stuff happens. Keep perspective. Laugh every day.
Celebrate success: Catch people doing things right. Regularly offer acknowledgement and appreciation in all directions throughout Dasher.
